As we now embark on the final 10 days of the countdown, I would like to continue to build the anticipation for the big day. Check back to the blog and to bagaki.com daily for updates and information about the big day and all that we have planned. The 10th is a Monday, so make sure you are all sick from work that day, it is time to celebrate.

Keep your eyes peeled for the original characters from bagaki.com throughout the next ten days; you just never know where they might pop up. Along with the original cast, we will be introducing many new characters to the bagaki family. Our first family member we would like to introduce is Steel Ferreli. Steele is a young chap from Wisconsin with more than just ants in his pants. He is the alluring porn star and ladies man that women just can’t get enough of.

To get everyone ready for the big day, we are officially releasing the bagaki archives. You can visit the archives and relive all of the original bagaki.com sites. We have also added a link to the archives in the “Entrances” section on the right column. If you have not familiarized yourself with the “Entrances”, please do so, as this will be the main launch point for future bagaki.com entry points.

We have also updated our little icon for the website. If you use firefox (or IE, but IE doesn’t seem to update them as nicely as firefox) you will notice a cool little “b” as the icon for the website in the address bar. You will also get the “b” if you bookmark this or any of the bagaki.com pages.

So here is the deal. I took these cool photos of this hunk of meat i purchased, but am unable to upload them to the website. See the problem is that my card reader is no longer functioning, and it is needed to transfer the images from my camera to the website. So, until i can afford a new one, no new photos from the camera. On another note, i have been adding new stuff behind the scenes literally every day. the launch should be the biggest thing since, well, since my buddy passed out at the bar, fell off his stool and cut open his head on the bar.

Bagaki Enterprises to form and acquire bagaki.com

CITY, State – April 12th, 2001 — bagaki.com announced today that the newly formed Bagaki Enterprises would be overtaking all current bagaki.com operations. Bagaki.com, the site that promotes ‘puddin time’, and also the host of the popular internet radio station: RADIO bagaki said today that “we feel that this acquisition will better us not only financially, but equivocally – allowing for a rapid expansion of current projects, with the intend to delve into new areas of interest as well”

Gurt Luhrman, current president and chairman of bagaki.com stated the following when asked if he will continue to provide his leadership after the acquisition – “I feel the takeover will be a significant step forward in the future of bagaki.com, and I plan on being there till the end. We have built the start of something of an even greater dimension, and effective May 1st, 2001, I will become President of Bagaki Enterprises. I plan to continue my work with bagaki.com as well as with our newly formed mother company – Bagaki Enterprises”

It was brought to my attention that I promised an update the other day, and did not fulfill my promise, please accept my sincere apologies regarding that matter. I was planning on releasing something new for bagaki.com, but realized that it was not far enough along to warrant a release. A premature release will only take away from the true potential of the new project. Please accept this as a cheap substitute..

We are nearing the 25 day mark, which means nothing other than 25 more days until the coming of bagaki.com. So put on your happy hats and start dancing.

We here at bagaki.com would like to take a moment to wish a very happy birthday to Clara. We hope your day is (was) special.

We would also like to ask if anyone knows of free bandwidth to do some high volume data transfers. We are looking to distribute LEGITIMATE, LEGAL, NON-PORNOGRAPHIC content for our viewers and are looking for possible solutions. We are currently going to be using torrent files. Users will be able to download via the BitTorrent client, or similiar client on a distributed network, saving us thousands of dollars a month on data transfer. (PLEASE SUPPORT CLIENTS AND IDEAS LIKE SHARED NETWORKS FOR LEGITIMATE FILE SHARING)

Well, only 30 more days, just about one month. Things are getting hectic on my end. School has just started again, and I am still working full time at my other job. Everything is going well as far as bagaki goes. All plans for the celebration are underway and running smooth. We are very excited about the next month and all we have in store for you.

Television as we know it is dead. Just as families once gathered around the radio, television is now something in our memories and history books. This does not mean that video is dead, but is merely re-birthing. (If there is such a phrase) The way we will view televion will evolve, and the television is being killed off to make way for “displays”, devices used to view many things instead of just moving pictures (TV shows). Below is a list of IPTV (as geeks and marketing types are calling it) broadcasts (broadcasts probably isn’t the cool new term for them, but I figure what the hell). These “chunks” of video are the beginning of a new era in television and video content distribution. This is very serious, get ready for the future.

So now that we have begun our countdown, people are starting to ask me “what is in this for me”, “what do I get out of this”. The answer is quite simple, we give you money. That’s right; we send you a check every day of the countdown. Just send us your mailing address on a self addressed, stamped envelope (one for each day), and we will send you back a check.

I would also like to thank everyone for attending the cookout last Monday night. It was great to see all of you and eat and drink until we all puked. Also, Derek found a checkbook and turned it in to me, so if anyone is missing it, please let me know ASAP, I am running out of checks.

Work continued today, things are really starting to come together. More shooting took place for the rumored animation, and the final design for the website was chosen. Exciting new plans have been introduced and exciting news is to be announced in the following weeks.

I have been working hard again today on part of the launch for the new bagaki.com. I would like to invite everyone to take a day of rest on Monday, October 10, 2005. This is not only Columbus Day, it is also Thanksgiving Day… in Canada….. and world wide it is the 5th birthday of bagaki.com.
