i think a bit of both. where i see it most effective is in communicating after you get mad cow disease and you are no longer able to speak because your brain stem is rotten, or what ever happens when you get mad cow disease.
the moral of the story is, don’t feed cows other cows, they are not carnivores people. sure the cows may not know that they are eating the brains of another cow, but come on. all to save a few bucks in feed costs. sick.
